Why would anyone build this?

An absolutely valid question.. To which there is no valid answer. How about - "Just because"?

For the record, this 'tool' is designed to be entirely satire and by no means should the valuation it provides be taken literally or seriously (or should it?). I thought it'd be funny to poke fun at the recent controversy around some of the new fivers being worth more than £5 (damn, I really know how to comedy).

This was just a stupid, shitty project for me and I'd appreciate you sending it onto your friends and seeing what they make of it. Maybe you can shut some people up about their notes being worth something they're not..
